Your account is yours alone. When you create an account with us, you're responsible for maintaining its security and for all activities that occur under your credentials.

Account Security

You must keep your password confidential. Don't share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at support@pholvarexin.com. We're not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account if you haven't notified us promptly.

Accurate Information

When you register, we need accurate information from you. This includes your contact details and business information. If your circumstances change, update your profile. Providing false information may result in suspension of your access to our programs.

Everything you see on our platform—course materials, business plan templates, articles, videos, graphics—belongs to pholvarexin or our content partners. This includes copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights.

What You Can Do

• Access and view content for your personal educational use
• Download materials specifically marked as downloadable for your own business planning
• Share insights you've learned in your own words with proper attribution
• Print materials for your personal reference during the program

What You Cannot Do

Program Changes

Refund Terms

If you withdraw before the program starts, you'll receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee. Once the program begins, refunds are prorated based on the portion of content you've accessed. After the first four weeks, no refunds are available, though you retain access to all materials for the program duration.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@pholvarexin.com. We process refunds within 14 business days of approval.

Let's be clear about what we offer and what we don't guarantee. We provide business planning education based on established principles and real-world experience. However, business success depends on many factors outside our control.

Educational Purpose

Our content is for educational purposes. It's not personalized business advice, legal counsel, accounting services, or financial planning. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, pholvarexin's liability is limited. We provide educational services with reasonable care and skill, but we're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

This includes lost profits, business interruption, or lost data—even if we've been advised of the possibility. Our total liability to you for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you've paid us in the six months before the claim arose.

These limitations don't exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sydney, NSW.

Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns. Many issues can be resolved through discussion. If we can't reach agreement within 30 days, either party may pursue formal resolution.

You agree to attempt mediation before litigation if a dispute arises. Both parties will share mediation costs equally.

If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we'll notify you via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use our services after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision doesn't constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by our authorized representative.

Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to any affiliated entity or successor without restriction.
